It advertised to have a "dining and lounge " ..yes there is a dining room that is empty. It says there is breakfast..breakfast sandwiches, or stale bulk cereals are the options, each of which you have to pay for! ( not included in stay). When you arrive they charge you an extra $50 for cleaning fee. We will not be stay here again.

The property looked somewhat abandoned. The patio looked abandoned and was dirty. The breakfast buffet presentation was far from appealing, it smelled like weird the dining area. The elevator also looked abandoned, a lot of dust. Housekeeping staff not available, just available to remove trash and towel replacements, and our room did not get it done. Front desk staff nice and helpful.

The main lobby and the rooms were very clean. The lobby restrooms were not kept up. Unfortunately the hallways and the rest of the property just needed to be remodeled. The parking lot is in bad shape. In the shower we did not have hot water just warm. In fairness to them I did ask another patron and he said his water was very hot. Also the bar/restaurant was not open. Priced well if they made the correct updates they could charge more and have a better clientel

I expected after a long drive from South Carolina that this hotel would allow me to rest and have dinner perhaps a drink. Instead the place is under renovation. I had to drive to find food. I took pictures of dirty sheets. The check in was surly and the entire experience has made me angry

I wish i had booked both days while i was there. Check in was a little different as you have to enter from within the garage elevators, versus a main entrance on the street level.

The hotel is in a good location for getting to from downtown especially in an Uber. Our room seem to be recently remodeled and was nice and clean. The bathroom probably needed a gut but still was nice. Our mattress was great very comfortable. Cons very noisy being that it’s next to the expressway, check in was very late and check out was very early and the manager was up on our floor knocking on doors at like 1105. I’ve never seen that before making sure people were checking out. The pool was ice cold there was supposed to be a Starbucks pop up, but not really And the buffet they offered at $12 left a lot to be desired. The fitness center was literally two treadmills and an elliptical. For what I paid I got $40 off. I wasn’t too upset if I paid full price. I don’t know if I’d be happy still it is still cheaper than downtown with free parking though.

The room had no bar soap. The tub had no inner liner for water from the shower water to stay inside the tub. The charge for breakfast was over $12.00 and poorer quality than some breakfast buffets that are provided at no additional charge. I would not go back to a Raddison Hotel after this experience.

Easy to get into Grand Rapids, location was lackluster in terms of views, you either get the highway or the river view is of run down buildings. Was annoyed as we were leaving we had a note on our car that parking was for hotel guests only. It looks like they were set up for some sort of parking lot construction, but as a hotel guest it felt pretty passive aggressive to get a note on my car.

Never got my security deposit back for no reason! There is no restraunts or things to do close by. Very disappointed restraunt was closed. No free coffee no nothing. Elevators looked like they have never been vacummed. Trashs were over flowing. Whole place had a weird smell.

The staff was amazing. The room had a great view but the room was also dirty still. Smelled like Curry and the bathroom fan that comes on with the light was super loud. Over all stay was fine for a night.

It's a Radisson, you should expect a little higher standard, even at $100. Our stay on 3/14/24 started with my wife and I stopping to check in and dropping bags then headed to a concert. When we got back and started to settle in, we notice wrappers in the trash and a dirty washcloth on the floor of the bathroom. We then inspected the sheets and found crumbs and an unknown stain on the sheets that was disgusting. I went and complained to the front desk and asked for a clean room and the agent asked me why it took so long to complain and I told him we threw our bags in the room and left and he acted like he did not believe me. He asked me to repeat the problem a couple of times and with a completely emotionless and unapologetic face he gave us another room. That one was fine. This place looks great if you don't dig too deep or if you take your glasses off. It is lipstick on a pig and is pretty rough under the fresh coat of paint. Won't do it again.

Not horrible, but not good either. Very outdated. Stains, dust, greasy fingerprints all around the room. Very outdated and somewhat creepy. Food offered was microwaved and overpriced. No restaurant there anymore. I am sure this was a great place back in the 80s, but it really needs a redo. Hot tub is large and hot, but not worth booking here again.
