Motel a Grand Strand

“The whole place was horrible. No elevator- though advertised. Very run down. Couldn't bear to stay- we walked in and walked out- and had to find another place. ”

“The room was literally falling apart. Stained. Stuff leftover from pervious guests like ashes, crumbs and a powder on the dresser and side table, booger on the top of the bed rail, shoe prints on the end of the bed and doors. Would not recommend. We didnt say anything because we were just grateful to be going on a trip and I guess got what we paid for. I will be calling the property and sending them pictures tho.”

“Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. “The hotel is very run down, but, one of the few that is pet friendly. We just wanted a quick beach getaway.. upon entering the bathroom, there was a huge dead cockroach and what looked like mouse turds… I cleaned that up…. The gal at the front desk was awesome.. did not get her name.. but the whole place smelled like pot… Would I stay there again, only in an emergency.”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left...
