“SUPER GREAT UBICATION!!! In the middle of all Surfside fun (pier, restaurants, attractions, rental of stuff…) ”

“The hotel was nice, clean and convenient.the staff was friendly and professional. The biggest issue we had was the door code. It was temperamental and a real pain to get open. This was especially an issue when I needed to use the restroom.”

“The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior.”
