“The charm is the small, boutique property in a great, walkable location. But what makes it special is the staff. Fara at the front desk made my stay feel warm and comfortable. She was always helpful with a kind and friendly demeanor. She went out of her way to show me around, help with my luggage (4 flights of stairs!) and greeted me by name every time she saw me. She even stepped in to set up and serve breakfast when needed, with a smile on her face. I hope they appreciate the gem they have...
