“Our room was immaculate! Very clean.”

“The place seemed very clean upon arrival. The only complaint I have is one the fire alarm went off and they seem to not be aware that the alarm was going off in my room until I went down to the lobby and made them aware too. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on the table between beds.”

“This hotel was beyond PERFECTION!! We had business in the DFW area for a week and I was worried for the comfortability of my extended stay but Candlewood was beyond my expectations. The room was generously spacious with a full functioning kitchen full of amenities for all my cooking needs with cups, dishes, even pots and pans! “The hotel room was large and the staff pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room could have done with some upkeep- peeling wallpaper, chipped/cracked bathroom fixtures, way too much deodorized scent, etc.”

“When checking in, we had to wait 5 minutes for staff to even be in the lobby. He was not friendly at all and spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him. I did not have high expectations because of the price. I didn’t want anything fancy, but I did expect it to be reasonably clean. I was wrong. Each bed only had two pillows. I went and asked for an extra pillow and blanket (we didn’t want to sleep on the sheets) and was told they didn’t have any extra. I was given an extra set of sheets...
