“Beautiful hotel and excellent position looking out into the harbour and short walk to the Old Town. Amazing view from our room window. Staff were lovely. Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Magnifica ristrutturazione di una casa padronale nel centro storico di Chania. Hotel molto accogliente a due passi dal porto. Alcune stanze, fra cui quella assegnata (12) ha un numero di scalini difficile da affrontare per una persona anziana o con qualche difficoltà di deambulazione. La adulta mancanza del parcheggio e l’ubicazione dell’hotel in zona pedonale richiede maggiori informazioni preventive. Colazione molto ricca di prodotti locali di qualità.”

“We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. ”

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. “This was an amazing experience at such a lovely spot overlooking the harbor and lighthouse. We stayed in the Family Suite above Lithos restaurant. The extra cost even though we only needed one room/one bed was very well worth it. It was a bit difficult to find as we had to check in at Domus Renier property (their sister boutique hotel). This is entered through Zepos restaurant which is on the harbor. This part was not communicated to us so we had to call from the number given to us for Domus...
