“The staff were wonderful, I wish I could remember the name of the woman at the front desk when we checked in, she was fabulous all weekend. The hotel was in a good location, our kids enjoyed the pool area, and overall it was a nice stay.
If elevators make you nervous ask for a room on the first floor, we didn’t have any issues but it made very loud noises and was quite shaky.”

“The beds are extremely hard! Keep in mind that I like hard beds, but these were ridiculous. I think sleeping on the floor would have been better. I am a side sleeper and literally had to move at least every 3 minutes (that’s being generous), even my 60lb 10 year old couldn’t fall asleep. There are no where near enough outlets and the few that they do have are in odd places. The tub was dirty and the water pressure sucks!”

“The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering.
