“The hotel was incredible in every way. The rooms large and well appointed, the staff were helpful in every way, and the overall facility and services were excellent. ”

“The location was excellent - close to the wildlife park and botanic gardens as well as some excellent walking through rehabilitated forest to high, surprisingly interesting cemeteries. Little English spoken but reception staff were very adept at using their phones for translation. The breakfast was outstanding. All staff were warm, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.”

Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended.”

“Most of the advertised elements (spa, dining, conference rooms) are not completed yet or closed for repairs. Hotel was <5% occupied when we were there, and the limited staff were using the hotel for other commercial activities. We left after one night. We recommend avoiding this property. ”
