“The first room we were given had little black bugs all over it under the sheets. The floor was sticky as if it hadn’t been cleaned from previous person. The second room was better but the front desk lady was rude when I went down to get a new room. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The hall ways were 80 degrees and smelled awful.”

“We checked in and went straight to the pool area. We absolutely loved the set up. This pool would be great for a family vacation like we did, or a friends trip. Poolside service was a plus! Our room was great as well, very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, once we discussed it with the front desk. They were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot!”

“The sheets on my sisters bed had a dried blood stain on it. When we told the woman at the front desk she basically accused my sister of lying. The valet brought my sisters car to us and we got in It reeked of pot. I was told a manager would call me regarding a refund for one of our two rooms. No one did. I called two other times when I got home and received no call back. I got Expedia involved. Then I called hotel again and finally got an assistant manager who was very polite and professional...
