“The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!”

“We have been staying at this property for many many years. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. It’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location to restaurants, bars and shopping. Pool area was nice in prior visits with grandkids. However FYI: You NOW have to pay to park $17.00 plus tax, and breakfast buffet is now $10.00 per person. It’s not totally out of line compared to nearby hotels - just beware. “The staff are genuinely nice and professional. We had returned one night and a car with lots of stuff in it door was open. Unloading, returning or error? Front desk said if no one came in 10 minutes she would close the door. Welcoming atmosphere, clean remodeled room. We stay here several times a year when we return ‘home’ to JC. The staff reflects JC very well.”

“As another reviewer said, the pictures posted by the hotel are deceptive. This place smelled so bad throughout, we checked out immediately upon seeing/smelling the room.
