“The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!”

“We have been staying at this property for many many years. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. It’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location to restaurants, bars and shopping. Pool area was nice in prior visits with grandkids. However FYI: You NOW have to pay to park $17.00 plus tax, and breakfast buffet is now $10.00 per person. It’s not totally out of line compared to nearby hotels - just beware. Just know your base price does not include this. This all changed...

“The staff are genuinely nice and professional. We had returned one night and a car with lots of stuff in it door was open. Unloading, returning or error? Front desk said if no one came in 10 minutes she would close the door. Welcoming atmosphere, clean remodeled room. We stay here several times a year when we return ‘home’ to JC. The staff reflects JC very well.”

“The entire staff was so nice. Ms T and Brooke were super friendly abd talkative. The front desk lady was very nice as well. The rooms were comfy, clean, and very dark when the blackout shades were drawn. The lobby has tea and lemon water, coffee and mints on hand. The place is small and homey. Breakfast was good Parking is easy. Location is great. I would 100% stay here again. I have nothing bad to say. All places should have a staff as nice as this one does.”

“The accessible bathroom had some issues. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the shower allowed water to flood the bathroom floor, and the shower caused the shower curtain to intrude into the shower space to the extent that it was not usable.”

“For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.”

“As another reviewer said, the pictures posted by the hotel are deceptive. This place smelled so bad throughout, we checked out immediately upon seeing/smelling the room. I should have looked at more of the reviews. Things look dirty and dated, including carpeting and furniture throughout the building. It has the stench of urine/wet dog as soon as you walk in. “Groud level door to accessible room was not usable! Had to use a set of 5 really steep stairs to get to my room and back to my car. Monday nite (around 11pm) there was a group of very loud men talking about d arguing in the hallway by my door.”

“Overall it was a good stay, the bed slept well. The AC did take a whole day to start and cool the room off, the staff was really nice, and there was questionable stains on the furniture. The breakfast was decent.”
