Hayley and Sholom was very good with communication and helpful thanks again for allowing myself and family stay ”

Location was quiet but within 200m of a very nice pub/rrestaurant. Near to Kirby Lonsdale with many eating places and pubs. Private parking. ”

Unfortunately after a 4 to 5 hour drive to get there it took a further 4 hours to finally get the code for the key box to allow entry to the property. The property manager/owner refused to answer the three emails I sent him & never answered his phone to the phone calls I repeatedly made. We will not be using this company again if we can help it.”

“Annexe to owner's house. We made the best of our stay, travelled around the lakes & enjoyed the hot tub. Property is clean and tidy. However, it seems to have been neglected of late, there are some easy changes which would have made a huge difference to the quality & comfort of our stay: Key code sent just a few hrs before check in at 4pm (we were already travelling & concerned we wouldn't be able to get in on arrival; a number of light bulbs need replacing (eg only ONE of the 4 cooker hood...
