“Stay here often to visit family. Lovely to have recently clean carpets and refurbished rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Room I was given was visible tired but when looking closer it was clear that the cleaning was not completed to a standard I would expect. Walls were full of holes and wall plugs, bathroom accessories were broken and to top it off no hot water in the morning. Personally I will not be staying here again.”

“Great location near Attenborough nature trails and right beside lots of stores and restaurants. Hotel restaurant and amenities were exceptional. Pool, hot tub, sauna, gym were top notch.”

“A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome. Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) Although the house was on the same estate and also had 3 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms was pretty small, and the original property had the master bedroom on its own top floor ,...

“A problem with a dripping tap that also produced long, loud plumbing noises made it really difficult to sleep.”
