“Ok so due to a change on my flight and I was arriving earlier I reached out to the hotel via message with no replies and then day prior and same day 4 times via phone with nobody to answer. I got there 130 pm and ask the clerk at the desk if they had anyone to answer phones as I had called I didn't want to be there if there was no early check in. She answer oh you must of called at a bad time for me but that she was there the entire time. Ao I said ok thats juat not good for your guest but I...

“A pleasant stay at a relatively new hotel. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby — restaurants, movie theater, grocery stores, all in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walk-in showers, comfy bed. Parking is free, as is the breakfast. Breakfast was hit-or-miss, but they had something for most everyone.
Maintenance is the weak point, unfortunately. Our bathroom faucet wasn’t fully attached and the fridge wasn’t working properly (with wires exposed by the...

“The room was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful. The room I was in had an office chair that was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan had caused dust swirl marks on the stucco ceiling. Kinda gross. It would also be nice if they gave you an extra soap bar as taking the soap bar bac & forth from the sink to th shower was inconvenient. They also only had an ice machine on the 3rd floor which was a little inconvenient for the guests that were on other floors. Their hot coffee wasn't so...

“We had issues 3 times when trying to enter our room. We were given 4 cards the first time and none of them worked. The check-in gal said they were having issues with the entry cards. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the check-in on the first floor while leaving my disabled husband sitting in the hallway on the luggage cart. I received 4 more cards and returned to the room and still was unable to get in our room. This time when I returned the clerk came with me to the door and got us in. We left...

“I didn't like that the main lobby didn't have the two big glass jugs, on an end table by the elevators, one with iced water and the other one with water and a lot of lemons. Like the one in St. Louis's Marriott Residence Inn.
Need more towels for flooding water on the floor of the bathroom.”
