"The rooms are old. The sink in the bathroom started leaking and you get a little shock if you touch the meta screw when switching on the bathroom light. The vending machine doesn't work and the hotel doesn't reimburse you. The personnel is nice and efficient"

Grand Summit Hotel - Canyons Village, a RockResort
"When we got to our room, the thermostat was not working. We didn’t realize until after 10pm. Once we called the front desk, the staff came right up with parts to fix it. They had to make a couple of trips but they were on top of it!"
