“This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.”

“I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Just mini Belgian waffles, packaged muffins, light yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and cereal with coffee and two juices. Overall I feel it was a great value for the minimal cost I paid for the room. I would stay again.”

“Needs updating badly. Walls are thin and tuff to sleep first night for a gamer who had sound up high. Manager corrected it. Still a musty smell with cigarette smell. Price was good just Wish it was more updated”

“Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get...

“The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. ”
