“I’ve been going to this hotel ever since they became the red lion. Stops always helpful. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. My room was supposed to come with the microwave and fridge, but there was no microwave so I did have to walk to the lobby to utilize that microwave disappointed in the breakfast, they used to have an outstanding breakfast and as a year is gone, they only now serve biscuits and gravy with muffins and plain oatmeal, but no add-ons. “My main complaint was the state of our room. It was completely unsanitary not well kept and had a foul order to the room that gave us headaches and made us sick to our stomach’s. The carpet was so filthy that it made our bare feet black after taking showers. The rooms were filthy and my grandson found old stale food that he almost ate off the floor. “Have stayed here over a dozen times, they place is always clean and staff are great. This time it was the first time I had issues with noise. Every morning around 6am it sounded like someone was moving furniture around. Room 126 might be the worse room because it's next to maintenence room. My sister was on another floor had the same noise.”

“The manager got all three rooms next to each other on the ground floor. The parking lot had been recently renovated and striped for parking stalls. The rooms were neat and clean. The shower was very nice and the soap, shampoo and conditioner were full. The place was a great find.”
