“The hotel is undergoing a remodel, but there were signs everywhere and we appreciate the improvements. It was a great stay!”

“The building is run down, very outdated and poor conditions. The front desk woman was very unfriendly when we arrived. We asked for a lower level room because we had a big cooler and they don't have a elevator. Also the drain was clogged in the bathroom and the next morning wasn't working at all. Front desk again wasn't helpful at all.”

“We liked the location, price, continental breakfast, and the pool. The downside was that the hotel wasn't well maintained. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom, the doorknob to the bathroom was loose and had to be held just so to lock it, the faucet in the bathroom had a constant very low flow and the knob was also loose. You could see that there had been water damage to the ceilings and the patch jobs were shoddy. We stayed only one night (which was planned), but our friends stayed 6 days...

“I loved the kitchen, however the elevator stopped working the last 4 days of my trip! staff were nonchalant about it. I will stay at a hotel with daily housekeeping services. Cleanliness is top priority for me. I had to haul 3 suitcases down the stairs at checkout. The gym sanitary wipes were out all 9 days of my stay.”

“The pool was closed for maintenance, the first room we got has a dirty plunger in the bathroom and the toilet was full and disgusting. The staff was kind enough to get us a different room but the fan in the bathroom was missing and the ceiling around it was all black mold. Originally I had got a room with two beds because it was two adults and a toddler, the room they moved us to has one bed but we were told there was a pull out sofa, which would have been fine if there was bedding to go with...

“The staff crew was hostile My whole stay. Only one of the front desk, ladies who’s actually friendly and doing her job the right way.”
