Front desk attempted to swap it out with no luck. Bathtub drain did not drain. Hot water for Jacuzzi did not keep up. Had to turn it off after a short time for a couple minutes. Then would be hot again. Doable but annoying. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“I was just there overnight, and most everything was pretty great. All of the fixtures in the bathroom are like brand new and clean like you wouldn't believe.
