Immerse yourself in the tranquil charm of this cozy & rustic Lake View country cabin with 2 Bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. There is also a Futon in the living room (Bring your linens for Futon). This Retreat boasts a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, a pristine pool, BBQs, communal dining space, an expansive lawn, recreational activities, and attentive service. Keep fit by taking the scenic trek down to the lake—no gym needed!

Location~
Rollins Lakeside Resort is just 8 minutes from HWY 80 and the quaint historic towns of Colfax, Grass Valley, and Nevada City. We're only 45-60 minutes to Snow Parks and Ski Resorts.

About Rollins Lakeside Resort~
Guests are welcomed to the NEW Ownership at Rollins Lakeside Resort. We have 9 individual cabins. Our staff is friendly and attentive. Facilities feature upgraded amenities, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Regardless of any level of the lake, the view from each cabin is stunning year-round.

Although we do not have a boat launch/parking/turnaround, we DO have a T-Dock down at the lake. Our lake access is your gym workout due to the switchback hill, which is a challenge for children or the elderly.

Experience all that nature has to offer with kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, wildlife, beautiful tall trees, and a year-round peaceful view.

Guest access~
Guests have access to extensive trails from the lake, all the way up the hill.

Enjoy the large grassy area and play a game of cornhole or do some yoga while watching the boats cruise by on the lake.

With TWO separate pergola areas and multiple BBQs, families will have plenty of space to enjoy their own quiet time, away from the other cabins or you may all sit around the gas firepit and get to know some really neat people.

Our gated and enclosed pristine pool area has a wonderful grassy space for kids to play.

Heading up the hill, we have a few staged dry campsites, our vision for the future.

All this AND we LOVE dogs with their well-behaved owners.

Other things to note~
Our cabins are in the country. Although we spray for bugs, you may see them. You will also see critters such as deer, rabbits, and geese.

Bring your sunscreen and bug spray. Being near the lake mosquitos may be present.

We permit ONE vehicle per cabin and do not have parking available for boats, trailers, or RV's at this time.

Nevada Irrigation District owns Rollins Lake Reservoir. Several campgrounds are nearby, with boat launches and trailer parking. Orchard Springs Campground would be the closest to our Resort.

Outside guests are not permitted.
