“Stayed here for a week, and I had a very nice stay. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel facilities are nice, and the restaurant food was pretty good. The location is very central, and walking distance to the MRT and to Lotte mall - although the road is pretty narrow and floods quickly in heavy rain. “The hotel was spotless. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. All requests were fulfilled in less than 10 minutes. There was always a staff available to help with translation and to ensure we got what we needed. Breakfast was an additional cost but worth the money, it was a feast everyday with breakfast items and meal items fit for brunch/lunch. We had a 3 bedroom 3bath apartment and it exceeded our expectations. All members of our party were happy. The train station is within walking...

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”
