“Breakfast was fabulous! The Mansion is cozy and owner Tina so helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my stay. The place is a gem.”

“Room was clean, the bed duvet had a cigarette burn in it, the shower only had hot water for 1 shower out of 4 people. The restaurant attached was good and the breakfast was a decent quality. Neighborhood between hotel and RPI was very sketchy. Wouldn't stay here again. ”

“Location is this place strong point. Be warned though, once you paid your room, everything else is expensive. Breakfast is more expensive than an iHop. Coffee five bucks.”

“It was an inexpensive and convenient location and the room we had was quite large and had a sleeper sofa, and the staff was friendly. But cleanliness was not good. Im not a picky person in general but there were noticeable stains on the bedding and towels and a layer of dust and grime on pretty much everything else that most hotels we've been to at least make an attempt to clean up. The beds had very little actual bedding. No comforters to be found basically just a paper thin sheet and...

“Latham Inn needs a major overhaul. Everything seems old. The wiring on a lamp seemed to short out and the light would go out. Fan in bathroom was noisy. No additional set of towels for the 3rd person as my reservation stated. The only good thing was the manager was very nice. ”

“esperienza disastrosa, prenotato 2 notti ma scappato, come altri, dopo la prima. Personale impreparato, camera oltre il limite della decenza, moquette bruciata da sigarette, lenzuola e federe sporche e che puzzavano forte di fumo, vasca da bagno che perdeva acqua ed allaga il bagno, asciugamani con macchie di sangue, gente "strana" che frequentava il parcheggio nel retro, urla e liti tutta la notte. Unica nota di merito la ragazza, giovanissima, al checkout la mattina che ha capito la situazione...

“The property certainly doesn’t look like it does in the photos. A little sketchy at night time - our window curtain was closed by a piece of duct tape. The “restaurant” is a seafood only buffet. And there was beard hair all over the only sink. Otherwise a cheap place to stay if you’re only going to be there to sleep. ”
