“La struttura è carina, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, i dintorni della struttura ben forniti. Siamo arrivati però alle 6 del pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta. A colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi perché non c’erano posti ”

“Receiving door entry code at 3pm made our stay efficient and smooth! Loved it! Perfect location as we competed in the MultiSport Canada Bracebridge Sprint Triathlon relay, this morning. It was a short 14 minute drive to Bracebridge. Would definitely stay again next summer! 10 thumbs up!!”

“Booked queen beds, got doubles instead. Woke up in the morning to a room full of aunts, literally hundreds all over the desk and wall. The "Fitness Room" was probably the worst I have seen. Almost everything was damaged, broken and such poor quality it was useless. The "Breakfast" was cereal, toast, bananas, yogurt, and week coffee. Avoid the place at all costs. The hotel is one step above a run down dump.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning in 30+ degrees outside heat. Free WIFI and an excellent selection of television channels.”

“We did not stay asked for money back their was blood on the sheets, black mold on the walls, bed bugs and dust all over the room. Their was a hole in the bathroom wall. And the bed was not made.”

Al primo impatto, sembrava un motel degli anni settanta, con check-in effettuato a mano e chiave di una volta. Eravamo in cinque (io e i miei 4 bambini), e ho chiesto un letto in più' (pagandolo). Quando la proprietaria l'ha portato, l'ha solo lasciato davanti alla porta senza portarlo dentro la stanza e senza aprirlo. “It was very accessible amd parking was easy. There was AC in the room and the bed was super comfy as well! I would definitely come back”

“We only stayed one night as a stop on a journey. We were pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was included although we did not use it as we had other breakfast plans. The room was clean but a bit dated. They did note they were in the midst of a renovation so I am sure things will be great when that is done. The deodorizer they sprayed was a bit too pungent but I noted that to them. All in all a fine stay.”

“We booked a king bed room, were informed when we got there that no king beds available. I asked about compensation for the difference and was told no. Hotel also had a kids baseball team staying there with kids banging around the halls at 10 pm with nothing done.”

“We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn for a last minute booking. Check in was smooth, staff were helpful and friendly and the unit was clean and newly updated.”
