It also means we can stay without having to have an accessibility room as have walk in shower and plenty of room for walkers etc. Service always exceptional and go the extra mile. We arrived on the hottest day of the year so far and the lovely hosts kindly ungraded us to the much larger self catering accommodation as this was much cooler and was much appreciated! “Staff were extremely well trained and friendly, we felt all the staff that we came across went out of their way to look after us. The facilities in the Health and Spa centre were impressive, we were given a nice tour. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces. A lovely hotel for a short stay in a great location would definitely recommend.”
