“We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. If you know there will be guests you really need to set that to be cool for their arrival. That was miserable. The bugs came in so really need screen on front door or do something different to...

“This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! ”

“Samantha was awesome to work with. House was very nicely stocked. I took a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, couple garbage bags and KCups because at other rentals they did not have enough for my stay. Not at this rental plenty of everything. Brand new couch and love seat with recliners very comfortable and huge smart tv which had a beautiful picture. Plus lots of games which we did not use but nice they had. ”
