“We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.”

“Perfect place for a multigenerational family gathering. Kitchen was well equipped including 2 grill options. Lake front sandy bottom swimming with 2 kayaks. The hot tub was a highlight, too. ”

“The location was awesome, close to town and anything we wanted to do; shopping, groceries, walking, movies, eating (did I say Ice Cream!) sipping, salon, etc. Bridgton is a beautiful, quaint town with plenty of restaurants and shopping to check out.We enjoyed our accommodations. The house had everything we needed right there, including the waterfront just a few feet away with a nice sandy beach and a nice grassy area to hang. “Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend.”
