“Remote location with a fantastic view. Many wildlife to observe. The only thing that did not meet expectation is the noise from the main road across the valley. The cabin is still secluded and hard to see from the road when driving. The house and kitchen are stocked with a lot of things. Recommend for a getaway to enjoy God's creation.”

“The most unique,cozy & relaxing cabin we have stayed in. Off the beaten path and in a very quiet secluded area! We loved watching the wildlife from the gorgeous deck, listening to the coyotes howl at night from the hot tub, and viewing the stars from the outdoor shower. Host communication was fantastic! “I stayed 3 nights with my son and pooch. Cabin 6 was really nicely appointed. There was kitchen gear, an AC/dehumidifier unit, and very nice decor. It's nice to have a bathroom in the cabin, and not have to travel to a bathhouse as with the state park cabins. I didn't realize that all 3 beds (2 twin, 1 double) were in one room which was ok for us, but maybe not if our party wasn't family. The highway is not too far from the cabin, so the road noise wasn't a welcome addition to our evening fire....

“This cabin has wonderful modern touches and amenities but still felt like a private retreat. Was a great location for going to the parks during the day and then coming back in the evening for some fire therapy and soaking in the hot tub. Host was very responsive and provided great details for enjoying the area. Would definitely consider returning for ski season.”

“This is a spacious, clean somewhat rural but still suburban cabin in the outskirts of Pittsburgh. Tammy and Floyd are wonderful hosts, responsive and a kick to chat with. Be sure to say hi to Jackson, their German Shepherd! Loved our stay there!”
