“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. ”

“The Moxy is updated and close to Great American Ballpark. Our room was clean and well supplied. However, the only downside were the stairs from the bed area to the bathroom. No problems were experienced, however, I feel the steps could be dangerous when making a midnight bathroom trip, especially for older people. Also, it was quite noisy overnight due to the unavoidable highway traffic. Overall, our experience was good, just those few caveats. We would definitely stay at The Moxy again, just...

There was Hair all over the bathroom floor, sticky stuff on the big table toilet had stains on it and the Toilet paper was almost gone…..it took several request just to get more Toilet paper…Not acceptable! The shower was clogged up… that was not taken care off neither. I had to clean our room, which is not acceptable! “While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?”
