“We got two rooms because we had 4 kids with us. Then discovered that that there was a sofa sleeper in each room. We only needed one room. That would have been nice to know. Then one of our rooms had a broken air conditioner. Not good!!!! Breakfast was nice but no AC in this area either. That was miserable!!! The breakfast host said there hasn’t been any for three years! Will definitely not be staying at Best Western in Pocatello again.”
