“It was an expensive hotel for where it was. We had no heat or AC in our room. By the time we noticed it was late & we were tired. Stain on the upholstered chair & a tear in the rug (easy fixes) ”

“Please do not stay there. The entire staff is organized to steal any valuable belongings you may have, and their managers support and protect them in cases of theft. During my stay at La Quinta Orem (March 2026), the housekeeping staff stole the contents of my perfumes and refilled them with water. I reported the situation to the managers, and despite providing evidence, they did not offer any solution and claimed there was no one responsible. Their only response was to offer me a $30 refund...

“Easy check in. Appreciate the affordable extended parking. Shuttle was super easy. The staff member that checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful! Rooms were clean. We had a great experience for this stay! Will be staying again! ”

“Floor in room needed mopped, evidence of past spills. The metal frame on metal pedestal bed was noisy getting in and out of bed and the motion sensor room light was annoying to say the least. Not amenable for travelers who get up in the night if traveling with others. Front desk staff was efficient. ”
