“While away evening of 6/23/26, either thru the entrance or door adjoining rooms I returned to find my toilet used by someone, who was obviously brought up in a barn, did not flush!!! I continued to observe the changes to room by the intruder. My lights were all on, drapes were open ( I left to a dark room) But, they also managed to steal (2) payout slips from the casino, one for .22 cents and one for $62,00! So, my experience with your hotel is POOR at the very best!”

“Well somehow they couldn’t find my reservation even though I had my confirmation number and it took them about thirty minutes to finally find it in there system but had no booking.After a five hour drive I was in no mood and of course the Manager was a little difficult but the front desk agent Cassie was excellent!!!she was very kind accommodating and diligent in upgrading our room to the North Tower even tho the manager wanted to charge us more she fought to get us the same price..Besides that...

“The little Extras we didn’t even know about a fabulous breakfast, fruit all day and cookies most of the time— chocolate chip. The staff were more than helpful! Chuck will make you feel right at home for breakfast. Don’t miss Waring at the tree room— excellent”
