“The kitchen needs more counter space fpr cooking prep. At least a foldable counter on the side of the stove. Also, the tv did not work. I could not connect to it and it is much too high and far from the bed. ”

“It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal. It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. ”

“Not a fan. Very low staff. Rooms stunk like sewage, always out of food. No help ever. Check in took 45 mins. Catered to cruise ship passengers more than their own guest. Not worth the price. Only one bar that closed at 10pm ”

“Impatto orribile, la struttura sembra un vecchio ospedale riadattato ad hotel. Personale scortese e scontroso. Stanza spaziosa ma vecchia e con odore di stantio. Zona pedonale nella quale neppure il taxi puo' entrare. Unico vantaggio l'essere fronte mare ma, essendo in loco per lavoro, non ho potuto godere della cosa.”

She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! ”

“Hotel lontano dall’aeroporto, stanza enorme, ma piuttosto sporca, così come lenzuola e biancheria da bagno macchiati. Bagno scrostato.Personale scortese,non ci hanno illustrato neanche la presenza di piscina e per la colazione spacciata per compresa , abbiamo dovuto chiedere!! E questa è la cosa più brutta perché non è vero che la colazione è inclusa. Vi danno un buono da 10 dollari a persona, che nn comprende ne’ caffè, né croissant, ma solo un buffet dentro il supermercato di scarsa qualità....

“La Villa Habiscus was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks on our first vacation with our little one (5 months) and we could not have chosen a better spot. The room was large, clean and had a full kitchen that we used to cook many meals. Julie, the GM, was very attentive and accomodating. “Rating is based on the fact that the Expedia photos do not accurately represent the room we received. Our room was clean but quite worn with peeling wood on cabinets and doors, very worn and faded upholstery, no sofa or lounge chairs on the balcony. However, the room had what was needed. Front desk and restaurant staff was kind and friendly. The beach chair attendant didnt want to unlock chairs for guests. He said once he did it for one couple, there would be more. We watched him turn away 4...
