“What a fantastic place to stay! Stacy, our hostess, got up early every morning and baked delicious muffins for us. She helped us with our laundry and even helped us wash the car! Can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Waterton Lakes!”

“The Crandell lodge is an older building but our suite was nicely renovated or updated recently. It was clean, tidy and very cozy. The staff was very helpful during our stay. The restaurant/pub in the main lodge across the street had great food and service. I would recommend and stay at the lodge again. The location of staying in Waterton town was wonderful in the 2nd last week of April as not many shops & restaurants were open which was great and kept the tourists to a low. It appears...

“It was a convenient place to stay for an early morning hike. Our rooms were in the west motel. The rooms were very small, bed seemed a lot smaller than a queen and very thin walls. We only stayed one night. We would not stay here again if we had to be in the west motel. In future we will just stay in Babb and have to drive a little more than stay here. ”

“Good base to explore Waterton NP. The accommodation could benefit from some modernisation, looking at bit tired, it was the end of the season so hopefully that will be a project before reopening in 2024.
