“Entire property well maintained clean Breakfast buffet style seemed a little over priced Reception staff and room attendants were fabulous Spa underwhelming more akin to a gym facility which is the main use perhaps but none the less clean not crowded and convenient and good value as included in room price ”

“clean, quiet and well equipment apartment, ideally located for our visits to preston. only down point was that the bed was short and not really ideally for over 6 footers like myself but that aside recommended ”

“Man on desk polite. Surprised when told our room was in another building, next to hotel. Freezing cold initially as heater just coming warm. Strange smell in the room, however clean sheets and fresh towels available. Room needs painting as lots of marks everywhere. Tea and coffee avaiable in the room. Very basic room, probably right for the money we paid. Would not stay again”

“Clean and comfortable room. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice an staff were good. Very quiet and very good value for money. Could have done with missing mirror that was next to the hairdryer and bathroom is quite small.”
