Non ci è stata fornita assistenza per una soluzione alternativa sicuramente da non imputare all'unico impiegato presente che è stato gentile ma non ci ha saputo aiutare per mancanza di informazioni. ”

“Missed our connecting flight and had to get a hotel room at midnight to spend the night with my wife and two young children. Called the hotel to get their shuttle service and were picked up less than 10 minutes later. The lady working the desk at midnight was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. She got us into our room within 5 minutes. We checked out at 5:00 am and she had coffee and muffins for us. Overall, the service was incredible, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 10/10...

“The stay was great we loved the entire time. The breakfast items were a lot and we liked the number of options available. But the breakfast space gets crowded especially at the last couple of hours. We were allowed to take food to the room which was cool. Some things that could be improved 1. Bathroom did not lock but it was ok for us 2. The bathroom exhaust was not working. Toilet (upper band) had some spots from previous users but the management took care of this issue when I mentioned...
