“Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe . The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location.”

“The staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. Sunday lunch was also excellent. On Sunday evening the hotel closes at 9pm and guests have only their rooms. I understand that the staff are tired on a Sunday, but with no available Wi fi which I believe will be rectified in the next month or so and no TV in the bedrooms it is a bit dismal. There are no other hotels/pubs or shops or places of interest to visit except the local church.”

“Property is off the beaten path. Very quiet. Rooms are clean and modernized. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Property is beside open fields and trails. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Easy access to the pub and the restaurant. Breakfast included lots of options and was ample. A great overall experience.”

“We stayed here on transit from Heathrow with a day free, and this was a good option in terms of being in Hayes&Harlington allowing access to London and surrounding areas. The place is a slightly rundown converted street house, but the room was spacious and its reasonable value for money for the location. Be aware that the stairs to the rooms are narrow and steep (wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe for older people), the bed and pillows were extremely hard (again not a problem if you like a hard...
