I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?”

“Booked a weekend and when the day came I texted several times and about 4:00 in the afternoon. I finally received an email saying that i was not booked. But on hotel.com still said my weekend was confirmed. Had to scramble around for a hotel for the family the last minute.”
