“Everything was great. House was beautiful with lots of amenities. We went to Santa’s Village and location is great. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay”

“Our host communicated with us prior to our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The home exceeded our expectations. I would return again.”

“Check-in was super easy! The cabin was perfect for our week long stay. We loved the location with quick access to the main trail system. ”

“The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken”

“My family loved this spacious 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom condo with views of the White Mountains. It was only a 10 minute drive from the Cog train station that takes you up to Mt Washington and 2 of the hiking trails that go up there. ”

“Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. ”

“We stayed at Ridgeview in January and had a blast. The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The distance to Bretton Woods was about 15 min which wasn't an issue at all. Kids loved it and we would definitely book again. Hot tub worked great, needed a little cleaning but overall it was not bad. Would 100% stay here again.John”

“Nice place it felt like you were at home. Everything was clean.everything was easily found because everything was labeled very well ”

“We had a great time here. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The master bed was very comfortable. Everything about the house was great. One of the best parts was the screened in back porch. We spent most of our time out there looking over the creek. The house is right on the trail system and very convenient to the gas station. Communication with our host was great, check in was super easy, and we met our host and very freindly dogs at the end of our stay. He is a super nice...

“Alder Brook Lodge is a beautiful property with amazing views. We were so impressed by the space we had for all ages to spread out. We loved splashing in the brook and having a pool tourney! Great response time from the host too! Would definitely stay again!!”

“We had a great time. There was a glitch with the refrigerator, but Bretton Woods management was very quick to respond and fix the problem. We unfortunately left our computer cable in the unit, but hopefully the cleaning people will be able to turn it in. ”

“10 year old said - free candy!12 year old said - bed was awesome!Wife said - everything was clean!I said - got what we were told!Jeanette was great, responsive, and obviously they have done this before. Shower from above and from the side? Yep, they have that too. 10/10 would stay again!!”

"In assoluto la peggiore esperienza del nostro viaggio in US. La struttura è vecchia e maltenuta, piscina e palestra avrebbero bisogno di una pesante ristrutturazione. La nostra camera si presentava sporca (ho dovuto addirittura togliere gli insetti morti dalla maniglia della porta prima ancora di entrare, le tende erano piene di ragni) ma anche una pulizia più profonda non avrebbe potuto rimediare alla totale mancanza di manutenzione del bagno (macchie e crepe su muri, vasca da bagno, wc) e dell’arredo (divano logoro e macchiato, moquette da incubo). Se non fossimo stati così stanchi ce ne saremmo andati. Unica nota positiva: la sala giochi, carina."
