Guest house a Great Plains

“There was little bit of a misunderstanding for check-in. But that was quickly resolved. After that, everything was excellent. The room the stay everything was excellent. I cannot emphasize how great this place is. I give him six stars. 6 out of 5. Awesome totally awesome.”

“Great communication and ease of check in.”

“Perfect little getaway weekend for my partner and I! Spent a long hot day at the Zoo before checking in. Coming back to this property by the creek while it was raining, we opened the windows and crawled into the comfiest bed ever… best power nap of all time. We loved being able to hear the sounds of the creek and the whole area was just beautiful! Cute little coffee shop/bakery just down the road too. All around great experience, would highly recommend.”

“Enjoyed our stay!”

“Quaint and cozy duplex unit that has been updated. Interior was clean and bright and decorated in a neat MCM vibe. This area has been going through considerable transition in a very positive manner, and was nice too see that the community is working together to make this historical part of the city - updated and vibrant again. The only item that I would suggest is a lower bed frame, the bed was a bit difficult to get into and out of - however it was very comfortable! We also enjoyed the fact...

“Nothing, didn't get a copy of my ID so they changed the code on the door so she couldn't my get in. In the middle of the night as well. Then threatened the cops if we didn't my leave right away although all our stuff was still in the room. I was charged for the night even though they changed the code before midnight.. offered ID after I got off work in the morning and was threatened with the cops.”

“Best host and unforgettable stay! We even had a dog guide for our morning trail walk, and it was so amazing!”

“This is a basement with high toddler traffic above you. Area clean but old, stains on couch where you would sit. Poor lighting outside. We decided to just drive home rather than stay the night If looking for something very basic, probably would work.”

“Everything was great!! ”

“The house was very cozy and comfortable. The location was very nice and quiet. If we go back to Colorado we will try to get the property again. We were close to Old Colorado and spent time there and at the Flying W Ranch. Thanks Shari so much for the rental.”

“Perfect for what I needed. Clean, quiet, and easy access to everywhere I needed to go.”
