“I liked the central location. Staff was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I had 2 issues. 1. I didn't know there was no elevator, and I was on the 4th floor. I have a heart condition so I had to really take my time. If I knew this was the case, I would have requested a room on a lower floor. 2. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the sheets and on the bathroom floor. The towels didn't smell that clean. Luckily I already had my own face towel...
