“Room was not very clean, took over 30 minutes to check in. Tiles in the pool and hot tub are falling apart. Not very quiet during the night and beer cans left in the hallway multiple times throughout the night. Breakfast is okay but not refilled often enough. ”

“The rooms and the building were lovely. My complaint is with the hot tubs. I brought a brand new black bathing suit along and maybe that was my mistake but there were so many chemicals in the hot tubs that after a multitude of washing my suit, it had changed from black to light grey after 1 use of the hot tub. One!!!! That’s $100 down the toilet to replace it. Advise: if u use the hot tubs, bring a crappy old bathing suit. Wow not a good first impression of this hotel. ”
