“I have no idea how this hotel has such a good rating. So misleading. I’m driving cross country and am exhausted from a 15 hr drive. I check Expedia and think okay this is a good one at a fair price. I get to my room, walk in and get hit with a mildew smell. The sheets on the bed were moist and the towels in the bathroom the same, moist towels. Totally disgusting. “Like the price(when booked in advance) location is directly across from mount rushmore adventures. Spacious rooms and views are good. Tiny pool, but having a game room is a plus but hours need to be later… most people are winding down from outside adventures and 9pm is a bit early to close those two amenities. The rooms are a bit outdated, but my biggest complaint is an unventilated shower. Either have to keep the bathroom door open or take a cold shower. Otherwise, you be drenched in sweat and...

“It was a very clean spacious room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The prairie view was stunning. A little upkeep on the landscaping would be nice - there were quite a few weeds around the area. Otherwise, and not at all affecting the stay, the experience was very nice.”
