“The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and more than helpful when asked for directions. I forgot a toothbrush and they brought one to the room (free of charge). Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown. ”
