“My account was charged a “tip charge” of $50 at the time of check in. I contacted Expedia for assistance as I did not receive a response from Glo Best Western and they were able contact the hotel. Expedia informed me the “tip charge” was for “incidental charges” and would be credited back in a couple of days. I had no extra incidentals. Sketchy”

“Cleanliness didn't appear to be a priority. Mud on stairs was not cleaned for my 2 day stay. Windows dirty etc.”

“The room itself was clean and properly maintained. We were assigned a handicapped suite on the main floor, so there are always pluses and minuses associated with that. On the plus side, lots of room to get around. On the down side, everything is configured for wheelchair access, and as a non-handicapped person, that was something I didn't need. So because of the configuration of the room, you don't have a normal closet, the bathroom mirror is angled down which makes use from a standing position...
