“We stays for 4 nights, our room was not clean until after I complained. I tried calling the front desk/housekeeping but no one answered the phone. I went to the front desk and was told to go the housekeeping room and complain. What kind of service is that? Why can’t they call their employee to tell them to clean our room? The hotel does not have enough staffs to take care of their guests.”
