“This was hands down the best stocked VRBO i've ever stayed at. From the choice of soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms to the extensive amount cookware in the kitchen. Made me feel guilty eating every meal at restaurants while we were there. It's located in what I consider the south side of CS but only 5 minutes from the freeway entrance so very easy to access all of the Springs from. By the way - we went and saw the Garden of the Gods based on literature we flipped through while watching TV...

“You need to state in the info describing your 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that it is actually 2 units. It worked out for us but it should be mentioned. The place was clean but it does need some maintenance completed.The location was amazing, the views spectacular! ”

“The condo's are setup nicely for a large group. We had 12 in total. The condos are top and bottom so 2 bedrooms up top and two bedrooms below (separate entrances). The only thing is it says single bed in each condo, but its actually a cot or a blow up mattress. We were expecting a pull out couch but we made it work.
