We were able to book this property, both up and down units as well as the upper unit next door. We booked this quite in advance and had to make a couple of changes and the host immediately did this for us. “Our host was awesome! He communicated very well and was very quick to answer any question I had. The condo is very nice and extremely clean! The basement area looks like it has been remodeled recently and is extremely nice! There was more than enough of anything you might need such as extra sheets, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. The price was also very reasonable! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if we need a place. ”

“The location was too far to walk to the old town area. It was clean and we appreciated the large coach and dining table. The bedrooms were small and the large beds (comfy) did not allow for side tables. It made charging all of our devices challenging. All in all a satisfactory experience for the price. Arvada is a neat area!”
