“I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time.
