“Room was clean. Holes in walls. The physical plug at the desk had been pulled out of the wall partly There was no shower curtain. When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. The items consisted of vending machine items i.e...2 chockate chip muffins, rice krispie treet, cheese crakers and a small plastic bottle of Sunny D. This is not what their advertisement indicated. “Albergo pulito, camera ampia, facilmente raggiungibile, piscina riscaldata all'aperto. Nota negativa: la porta del bagno non si chiudeva completamente.”

“While the staff was very amiable the bed bugs weren’t. The bug were bold enough for me to able to find them on my body and clothes when the lights were turned on and when I pulled back the sheets I discovered the distinctive markings of their past exploits, blood splattered throughout.”

“L'hotel non è molto curato e si trova in una zona in cui non c'è praticamente quasi nulla da vedere. Scelto solo perché si trova a circa 1 ora e mezzo di macchina da Lake George. Personale sbrigativo e non molto cordiale. Non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che ci siamo camere fumatori accanto a camere non fumatori, nei corridoi c'era sempre puzza di fumo, anche con le finestre aperte. Non c'è l'ascensore (anche se sono solo 3 piani...quando ci sono le valigie da portarsi dietro risulta...
