“Handicapped shower for me was a nightmare.. Insufficient grab bars. Toilet paper holder needs replacement. TP kept falling on the floor. Shower floor extremely slippery.. Breakfast was disappointing”

“Our room smelled awful of mildew that we had to keep the windows open all night. We were on a strict schedule and didn’t have time to make the staff aware until late that night so we just roughed it. In the morning we made the front desk aware and was told to call the manager the next day since she wasn’t available at that time which would be after we checked out. I left several messages for her and never received a call back. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will continue to...
