“Struttura moderna, camere grandi ottima colazione ”

“The room was clean and opened to the bay, which was very nice. The location was not very convenient or safe to get around. The pool was nice but the hot tub was too crowded with kids to try out. The dinner we had at the Executive Suites next door was very reasonably priced and tasted great. The breakfast was served after we had to leave, so we couldn’t enjoy that.”

“The hotel is located in a seedy neighborhood, and the check-in process was extremely slow. The entire property smelled strongly of marijuana and whatever else. My room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. The door was very thin and provided almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from the guests next door. When I turned off the lights in my room, I could even see light coming through the gaps around the connecting door. Privacy and noise control were both...

“This place is horrible and very scary”

“Personale gentilissimo, oltre la media, struttura in una ottima posizione ma che risente del peso degli anni. Stanza molto carina con ottima vista sulla Marina. La pulizia non è eccellente e la colazione è migliorabile”

“Hall way had a weird smell overall great value”

“Diverso rispetto a quanto descritto. Si parla di cucina attrezzata, ma in realtà non sono presenti pentole o stoviglie. I mezzi pubblici sono vicini ma assai costosi ( tragitto in bus 2,10 dollari a tratta,tragitto in Bart per raggiungere il centro da 3,75 a 5,00 dollari a tratta). Camere spaziose. Spiaggia vicina ma non molto godibile.”

“La colazione è un pò scadente e il wifi in certe zone non è coperto benissimo però è un posto comodo per pernottare a san francisco. C'è il parcheggio gratuito ed è attaccato alla fermata della linea 0 che porta in centro.”

“Camera pulita e con ottima vista sulla baia, grazie ad un upgrade. Personale della reception professionale ma, abbiamo avuto, qualche incomprensione al momento del check-out. Posizione strategica vicino al Bart che collega Oakland a San Francisco.”

“We paid extra for a larger room but didn’t get it. The hotel claimed it was a mistake. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this has happened before. Staff was not helpful when we raised the issue.”
