“The breakfast buffet was decent enough with hot food prepared and continuously pulled out more food. There was ice on my floor which was nice for the hot weather. The gym had enough. There were also available laundry facilities. There were a lot of light fixtures and outlets. Great for our one night stay in comfort and coolness.”

“This is not a hotel. It's a motel. I chose a handicap accessible room, because I wanted as many safety rails as possible in the bathroom. (i'm in my 70's and have cancer and other health issues.) (This was a one night stay) The room wasn't very clean. The soap scum in the tub/shower was bad. But the worst thing was that at 9:15 pm my smoke alarm went off. (there was absolutely no smoke, and I have never smoked in my life) It would not go off. I thought the motel must be on fire...

“My only regret is I could only stay one night. The room was perfect, full kitchen, living room, massive walk-in closet. This place would be perfect for a long stay in town.
Lastly, and this may not be for everyone but THERE IS A BREWERY ON SITE!!! I arrived an hour early to check in and I enjoyed a few.
Check in and checkout were all via automated text and I had no issues.”

“My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed.
I also appreciated the added security. The elevators required a room key for access, which made me feel safe knowing only registered guests could access the guest floors.

“The staff was very helpful and check-in was seamless. Our room seemed like it was in the middle of a renovation so there were good and disappointing things. Lots of dance-floor space with no furniture. The was very little space for any clothing for anyone that likes to unpack and not live out of their suitcase for a week.
