“FOUND HOTEL TO BE QUAINT & A PLEASANT, UNIQUE PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE ROOM WITH GOOD FACILITIES. DID NOT NEED TO INTERACT WITH STAFF.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot cooked breakfast. The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )”

“Great small homely hotel with fabulous views of the hills and moors. Nice bar and lounge with excellent breakfast in morning. We stayed in main hotel but the little cabins look fab. Will come back to try one. Great place to stay when visiting the area. Great night out in uppermill … lots of pubs and restaurants just 2 miles away”

“First of all when entering the hotel bad smells like cooking food no fresh air is not fear the price so expensive for that room I am not happy”

“Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return.”
